Simply the best feeling in the world!“

But now I feel like they’re becoming people who I want to hang out with. And we do. My son and I enjoy morning coffees and my older daughter will come with me ANYWHERE just to keep me company. And my little one is still little enough to keep me on my toes with her cheekiness. She is hella funny, too.”
Her favourite family activities in Hong Kong are: “We are beach people. Sheko is probably our favourite followed by Turtle Cove. We also enjoy going to see a movie together with Shake Shack before or after (which we actually don’t do that often, so it’s a treat). “

Sabrina Sikora is a Mum of two, Model, Photographer, and Founder of First Wife Studios.
Why does she love being a Mum? “It is so all encompassing and ever changing. Every moment and every aspect of your life changes with motherhood and yes, parts of you stay the same, but your whole identity is shifted, and you will never truly be who you were before. I love the unending love, the constant laughs, the chance to teach someone learning for the first time. I love seeing the things I’ve forgotten to look at- the way a tree is shaped like an elephant or the way soap bubbles shine on your hands. I love the hugs and the early morning snuggles and the way they fit so perfectly against you even as they keep growing and growing. I love re-watching old movies, reading battered story books again, and remembering my childhood through them and the memories they bring back that I had long forgotten. I love imagining who they will become and what talents and skills they already show that they will cultivate and hone into their future selves. But it’s also terrifying. The unknowns and the way you try to protect them but they are their own persons living their own lives. The best I can do is help shape a strong moral code and guide them in what is right and wrong and then let them go and use those tools to figure it out for themselves. Hoping the whole time that they listened and learned and now know that they have me cheering for them the whole time. But the complicated part is that all those unknowns and all those hard moments make the good ones that much sweeter. All I can do is stay grateful and keep trying to cover them in joy and love with each new day. And take lots of photos! “
Her favourite place to go in Hong Kong with her children is: “When we lived in HK my fave thing to do with my kiddos was to go to Chai Wan Park turtle pond. It was near our apartment and we would go almost every afternoon. On special days we would go get egg waffles at the shop on Chai Wan Road, then grab Kowloon Dairy chocolate milk at the 7-eleven then walk over to the park and eat our treats while watching the turtles and fish. Then we would walk and watch the people race the sailboats at the connecting pond. There are also two playgrounds in the park perfect for young kids and a fun garden maze as well for them to run up. We would hit up the wet market on the way home and get an armful of fresh flowers to brighten up the house. “
Heidi is a Mum of three and the Creative Director of Carat London.
Her favourite thing about being a mom is: “Hearing belly laughs in the house every day, being reminded on finding joy in the most simple things, the dichotomy of wishing for bedtime to get a moment of peace but missing them when they are asleep.”
Her favourite activity to do with children in Hong Kong is: “Scootering on the Tai Ram Reservoir trail and visiting the turtles and peacocks at Hong Kong park.”
Janice is Mum to Christopher (aka Mr. C) and is a Singapore based Blogger who travels to Hong Kong every chance she gets!
Her Favourite part about being a Mum is: “The love I feel for him. I never realized how big my heart would get. I can be overcome with joy just looking at him some days. I get to enjoy life like a child again, living childhood again through his eyes.”
The place she’d love to take her son to in Hong Kong is: “MacLehose Trail as I did this trail when I was pregnant with him. The fresh air and exercise were amazing for preggo me.”
